• Lead writing, editing, and coordination of proposals, SOQs, RFQs, RFP responses, and qualifications packages
• Translate technical content into clear, persuasive messaging aligned with client priorities
• Support pursuit strategy development and help shape win themes

• Partner with estimators, project executives, SMEs, marketing, and business development teams
• Participate in kickoff meetings and ongoing pursuit reviews
• Coordinate technical input and maintain accountability across contributors

• Maintain proposal content libraries, resumes, project descriptions, and corporate qualifications
• Develop and manage reusable boilerplate and pursuit templates
• Manage document collaboration platforms and multi-firm content sharing

• Develop compliance matrices and ensure submissions meet solicitation requirements
• Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, tone, and accuracy
• Manage version control and document organization

• Manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and deliverables
• Lead internal check-ins and maintain pursuit timelines
• Coordinate final submission formatting, uploads, and production

• Assist with opportunity research and client intelligence
• Track pursuit lessons learned, client feedback, and debrief insights
• Help tailor messaging to specific clients and industry sectors

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
• 3+ years of proposal writing or pursuit coordination experience in construction, engineering, AEC, professional services, or government contracting
• Strong understanding of RFP/RFQ/SOQ processes and procurement cycles
• Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  Adobe InDesign and CRM platforms a plus
• Familiarity with SharePoint or web-based collaboration platforms
• Working knowledge of construction delivery methods such as Design-Build, CMAR, or Progressive Design-Build preferred
• Graphic Design skills

• APMP certification or formal proposal training
• Experience supporting design-build or alternative delivery pursuits
• Familiarity with government procurement platforms (SAM.gov or state/local portals)
