Job Overview
Senior Director of Treasury Management Solutions. This role shapes and leads product and delivery strategy, provides management and leadership to the Product, Delivery, and Support teams within Treasury Management, and ensures successful execution of the product and delivery roadmap.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Product Strategy
- Define and communicate a clear vision and strategy aligned with company objectives and market trends.
- Continuously evaluate market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Provide vendor relationship leadership and direction on technology and partner decisions.
- Manage budget, executive scorecard, and support line‑of‑business growth, expense control, and profitability.
- Product Roadmap Planning
- Collaborate with executives, sales, market leadership, IT, operations, marketing, digital, and sales teams to prioritize and build a comprehensive roadmap.
- Ensure initiatives align with customer requirements, business goals, and resource availability.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Build and lead high‑performing product management, delivery, and support teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with core line‑of‑business partners to ensure smooth coordination across all stages of the client journey and product lifecycle.
- Market and Competitive Analysis
- Conduct thorough market research, analyze customer feedback, and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and define product requirements.
- Monitor competitors' offerings, differentiators, and market positioning to develop strategies that ensure products remain competitive.
- Product Performance and Metrics
- Define and monitor key product performance metrics such as revenue growth, customer adoption, satisfaction, and user engagement.
- Use data‑driven insights to continuously improve products and drive business growth.
- Product Launch and Go‑to‑Market Strategy
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective product launch plans and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Ensure seamless product releases, provide sales enablement materials, and support marketing efforts to maximize adoption and revenue generation.
- Represent the bank regarding treasury management in forums, conferences, and media engagements.
- Demonstrated Treasury Management expertise.
- Experience managing sales & client service teams.
- Documented success in lead generation, prospecting, and revenue enhancement.
- Outstanding leadership and collaborative qualities.
- Superior business acumen.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and critical‑thinking skills.
- Ability to contribute in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree; preferred Master’s in Business and Finance or Executive MBA; other certifications as appropriate.
- Experience guiding teams in complex product and delivery reviews and ideation to create high‑performing, high‑quality management routines and outputs.
- Developing data frameworks to capture complete product performance and utilization metrics.
- Guidance to Treasury Management Officer Team and development of policies around cash management.
- Provide leadership and guidance across Treasury Management Officer Team.
- Manage a team, including hiring, retaining, and overseeing ongoing performance.
- Sit and work on a computer for long periods of time.
- Converse with clients.
- Stand, hear, speak, lift.
- Drive as needed for business purposes.
The associate is responsible for meeting all compliance requirements imposed on First Financial Bank by State and Federal law and regulation, as well as all related First Financial Bank policies and procedures. This includes Bank Secrecy Act, Anti‑Money Laundering, OFAC and Suspicious Activity reporting requirements, and all other lending and deposit compliance requirements.
BenefitsPay Range: $175,000/year to $232,000/year.
