Job Description Summary
The Productivity & Data Analyst – Indirect Procurement, Facilities | MRO | Professional Services drives cost savings, data‑quality, and process efficiency across indirect spend in Facilities | MRO | Professional Services. You will manage savings projects, support strategic supplier accounts, and turn complex spend data into actionable insights for the business.
This role is preferred to be an onsite/hybrid work schedule and will require the candidate to be based within a commutable distance to our Evendale, OH location.
Roles and Responsibilities- Lead savings projects:
Identify, quantify, and track cost‑saving and productivity initiatives across indirect categories using the standard tracking tool. - Analyze spend data:
Use large data sets and tools to uncover savings opportunities (consolidation, compliance, off‑contract spend, etc.). - Support strategic suppliers:
Support key strategic accounts, partnering on performance, reporting, and continuous improvement. - Manage taxonomy & data quality:
Maintain and improve procurement taxonomy, classification, and master data for accurate reporting. - Maintain preferred supplier lists:
Review, update, and monitor compliance with preferred suppliers; provide insights to drive adoption. - Collaborate with stakeholders:
Work with Procurement, Finance, and functional teams to validate savings and support category strategies. - Contract management:
Support the systematic end‑to‑end process of creating, executing, monitoring, and renewing contracts in compliance with the deal review standard tollgate process, and throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field (or HS diploma/GED and 9 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, data analytics, or finance (indirect procurement preferred) or demonstrable experience in similar field considered).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, data analytics, or finance (indirect procurement preferred) or demonstrable experience in similar field considered.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable working with large data sets.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with BI/analytics tools.
- Experience with ERP/P2P or procurement systems and spend analytics.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data‑driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Ability to simplify complex data and influence decisions.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
This role requires access to U.S. export‑controlled information.
