Kroger Customer Planning Manager
At Olipop, we are looking for a Kroger Customer Planning Manager to increase sales efficiency through strategic insights, working collaboratively with revenue growth management, finance and demand teams to deliver consistent and aligned sales strategies.

Candidates based in Cincinnati, OH or surrounding area.
- Forecasting: Develop and manage accurate sales, production, and operational targets based on historical data, market trends, and business forecasts.
- Promotional Planning: Maintain accurate promotional planning and spending information across planning tools; ensure contracts/submissions are up to date; support post-promotional analysis for ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply and other departments to ensure alignment on targets, timelines, strategies, and resource allocation.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks; prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations on performance.
- Retail Execution: Communicate strategies and priorities to field teams and 3rd party merchandising partners to optimize sales at Kroger.
- Customer Support Functions: Provide necessary customer support functions to ensure optimal sales and revenue realization.
- Oversee the input and management of promotional plans in customer portal.
- Ensure accurate item set up in retail customer system including specs and content.
- 5+ years of customer planning and/or retailer account management experience within the CPG industry.
- Direct experience working with Kroger at the headquarters level.
- Hands‑on experience with Market 6 and Kroger On Demand capabilities.
- Proficiency in Anaplan (or similar forecasting tools), Syndigo/1
World Sync, and Kroger new item set‑up processes. - Experience operating across a hybrid route‑to‑market model, including Warehouse, KeHE, and DSD partners.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, compelling insights for leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to align sales execution with strategic business goals through data‑driven storytelling and insights.
- Holistic sales skills to align to our strategic goals, including data‑based storytelling.
- Identification of primary and backup strategies.
- High EQ leadership, building trust and influence.

- Adaptability, startup mindset, resulting in ownership and resourcefulness.
- Ability to travel across the country, including evenings and weekends.
- Clean driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.

Compensation$110,000 – $140,000 + Bonus
