Project Manager - Commercial Flooring

We’re growing and need a strong Commercial Flooring Project Manager to join our team. You'll report to our Senior Project Manager and work closely with field foremen and our estimator.

An established, owner-operated commercial flooring contractor rooted in Cincinnati, Ohio with decades of solid general contractor, architect, and end-user relationships. We specialize in tenant improvements, healthcare, education, athletics, multi-family, and high-end retail projects. Reputation and repeat business are everything to us. We’re experiencing steady growth and need a strong Project Manager to join our team.

• Organized and proactive, with strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Comfortable building relationships with GCs, architects, and end-users
• Client-first mindset — you represent the company with professionalism in every interaction
• Genuinely interested in staying current on industry methods and standards

• 2+ years of commercial flooring project management experience
• Proven track record running both small and large projects across multiple market segments
• Strong product knowledge across common flooring types (tile, carpet, resilient flooring, wood, resinous, polished concrete, etc.)
• A consistent track record of on‑time, on‑budget delivery with minimal issues
• High personal standards and the drive to protect both quality and margin

• Microsoft Office
• Estimating software (Stack, Measure Square, etc.)
• Computer Ease Accounting software

• Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 depending on experience
• A full benefit package including 401k with company match, PTO, health/dental/vision insurance
• A clear growth path — this role has a direct line to Senior Project Manager
