This is an in-office administrative and operations role based in downtown Cincinnati. This position works at a desk and is focused on order processing, logistics coordination, documentation, and systems management.

This is not a warehouse position and does not involve physical product handling, forklift operation, warehouse labor, or distribution center work. Our warehouse operations are managed through a third‑party logistics (3PL) partner in another state.

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized Supply Chain Assistant to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, working with systems and processes, and ensuring details are executed accurately. You will work closely with our Operations Manager to support the day‑to‑day execution of customer orders, shipments, and operational workflows.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in helping products move efficiently from our warehouse to some of North America's largest retailers. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early‑career professional looking to build experience in business operations, logistics, retail fulfillment, and supply chain management.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Enter customer orders and maintain accurate records within internal systems
  • Generate carton markings, pick lists, and other warehouse documentation required for order fulfillment
  • Order and manage customer‑specific price tickets and labels
  • Prepare shipping documentation including Bills of Lading (BOLs), commercial invoices, packing lists, and other required paperwork
  • Maintain order trackers, shipment records, and operational reporting tools
  • Assist with retailer setup forms, customer documentation, and operational record‑keeping
  • Support the Operations Manager with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks related to customer orders and shipments
  • Support the Operations Manager in documenting and updating operational processes and procedures
  • Monitor deadlines and help ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Identify and communicate discrepancies, missing information, or potential issues before they impact shipments
  • Provide general operational support to help ensure orders move smoothly through the fulfillment process
SKILLS
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, systems, and large amounts of data
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of professional experience
  • Experience in administration, operations, logistics, customer service, supply chain, or a related field is a plus
  • Experience with ERP, order management, or inventory systems is beneficial but not required
