A nationally recognized design-build construction organization is seeking a National Sales Director to help scale one of the industry’s fastest-growing platforms. This company is known for its entrepreneurial culture, financial strength, rapid decision-making, and ability to deliver large, complex projects nationwide. You’ll have executive visibility, real influence on growth strategy, and the opportunity to build systems that directly impact how the business scales nationally — without the bureaucracy that slows most large construction firms down.
This is a senior leadership role focused on creating structure, visibility, and consistency across a growing national BD organization — not a quota-carrying sales position.
What You’ll Do- Build and standardize the national BD operating model
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting processes
- Own CRM strategy and pipeline integrity within Pipedrive
- Create SOPs, onboarding, and BD training programs
- Improve alignment between BD, preconstruction, operations, and finance
- Drive data-based decision making and executive reporting
- 10+ years in Business Development Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations
- Experience in design-build, EPC, or complex construction environments preferred
- Strong CRM expertise, ideally Pipedrive
- Experience with tools like Zoom Info, CoStar, Linked In Navigator, and AI-driven workflows
- Proven ability to build scalable systems and lead organizational change
