Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: Starting at $18.00/hour
Location: Onsite. Cincinnati, OH 45215:
Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required).
Responsibilities:
- Ability to deliver document assembly and finishing
- Operate finishing equipment
- Clean and maintain equipment as necessary
- Review the daily schedule for jobs
- Reviews the job ticket and understands the entire scope of the job, quantities, and finishing operations
- Performs in-process QC checks in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Set up, operate, and adjust finishing equipment to meet production standards
Other Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years’ experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk, stoop, push and pull for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs, pull 50lbs of force
- Computer literate and knowledge of computerized cutting and scoring equipment
- Must exhibit close attention to detail and strong level of accountability
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and fast paced environment

Job Summary: The Account Coordinator proactively manages client accounts and builds client relationships. As a primary day-to-day contact, you work closely with Vya team members to ensure client needs are fulfilled.

Reporting to: Client Success Manager
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide account management services to ensure the client’s success with our existing marketing and campaign projects.
- Build and manage day-to-day account relationships to build trust and loyalty with clients to increase customer retention, growth, and spending.
- Manage project timelines to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
- Provide demonstrations to existing clients to educate them on systems and service offerings.
- Create and facilitate trainings for all levels of client hierarchy to increase understanding of system functionality and product availability.
- Coordinates with internal teams (Production, Creative, Data, Tech) to deliver client work accurately and on time.
- Owns execution details including schedules, timelines, documentation, and delivery accuracy.
- Updates project management system tools to ensure accurate project tracking.
- Ability to identify key trigger terms and signals that indicate opportunities to introduce additional capabilities or solutions and/or bring to Sales’ attention.
- Monitor site support for clients to facilitate the use of systems and service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years equivalent customer service experience; required.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel; required.
- Demonstrated success at managing projects within client accounts; required.
- Technologically savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems and platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, liberal arts, business; preferred.
- Experience in software services supporting clients with marketing initiatives; a plus.
