Responsibilities
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales and business development team.
  • Preparing and organising key sales documents, including proposals, presentations, and contracts.

  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, and calls for senior sales staff with prospective and existing clients.
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for initial client enquiries, providing excellent customer service.
  • Conducting market research to identify potential new business opportunities and leads.
  • Assisting in the creation of regular sales reports and performance analysis.
  • Liaising with other internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact to project delivery.
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities with a proven capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A professional demeanour with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Previous experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot).
  • A genuine interest in the business consulting industry.
  • A degree or relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
