Senior Commercial Financial Analyst

At Mammotome, a Danaher company headquartered in Cincinnati, OH, we develop innovative technology for breast cancer diagnostics. We are seeking a Senior Commercial Financial Analyst to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis that supports decision‑making across sales, service, and marketing teams.

• Prepare and deliver accurate flash reports, forecast submissions, and actuals narratives to support business planning and decision‑making.
• Maintain and update weekly sales forecasts, partnering closely with Sales teams to consolidate inputs and ensure alignment.
• Support the monthly close process, including preparation of Commercial P&L reporting, accruals, journal entries, and variance analysis to identify key drivers.
• Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to track spend versus budgets, monitoring events, pre‑payments, and accruals to ensure financial accuracy and control.
• Develop and deliver monthly reporting packages, including margin, ASP, Bowler, and KPI reports, providing insights, identifying trends, and enabling data‑driven business decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field with 5+ years experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years experience, or doctoral degree with 0–2 years experience.
• Strong time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize and triage deliverables.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and great attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluency with SAP or a comparable ERP system.

• Experience with Onestream.
• Certified Public Accountant.

Travel expectations are minimal.

The annual salary range for this role is $85,000–$95,000. This role is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. The package includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan for eligible employees.
