Innovative Opening Solutions (IOS), located in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a dynamic sales leader with a passion for excellence in customer experience to partner with their energetic leadership team. IOS is a well-established commercial door and systems integrator that builds custom openings for commercial properties. IOS prides itself on innovative thinking, and on tireless, relentless, transparent and adaptive project deliveries. The company is focused on a culture of innovation, integrity, grit and drive.
The successful candidate will have the unique ability to develop and lead the structure, strategy and accountability for the IOS sales organization.
The Director of Sales will drive the sales team’s activities that will lead to the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values by:
- Structuring, building and growing the sales team.
- Implementing sales processes, accountability, and KPI measurements.
- Managing and supporting the sales department throughout the sales process.
- Managing and analyzing the data and forecasting sales numbers to share with IOS leadership and to monitor sales progress and growth.
- Creating and communicating the sales strategy to the leadership team as a key partner and implementing and driving the strategy with the sales team.
More specifically, we are looking for a person who has:
- 8-10 years in sales management.
- 5 or more years in sales – security or construction industry preferred.
- Experience in creating and implementing structure for a sales team.
- CRM selection, implementation and adoption experience.
- Demonstrated strong business acumen and interacting at the C-level position.
- Must be organized, self-driven, enthusiastic and able to work in a team-based environment.
- Proven ability to exceed goals.
