Job Overview
The Lindner College of Business (LCB) mission is to empower business problem‑solvers to tackle the world’s toughest challenges. This position falls under the Lindner College of Business, Office of Partnership Development, responsible for all external relations activities, including Co‑op/hiring, Centers and Institutes, Lindner Professional Programs, and more. The role offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office / 2 days remote) for applicants residing within the tri‑state area (OH/IN/KY) after 90 days of training.
EssentialFunctions
- Design, create, and execute events or programs.
- Develop program objectives and monitor quantitative and qualitative data on progress toward objectives; review objectives to identify problems and solutions, prioritize solutions, and develop action steps for program improvement.
- Provide financial administrative support for program initiatives.
- Develop, administer, and analyze assessment/evaluation questionnaires; compile statistics and prepare reports.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to recruit students, program participants, and employer participants.
- Interact with staff, faculty, external organizations, and other university departments.
- Conduct research and analyze benchmark information to develop proposals, new program ideas, and propose program changes.
- Provide direct and/or indirect supervision to exempt and non‑exempt staff (hiring/firing, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, approve time off, etc.).
- Perform related duties based on departmental need; this job description may change at any time.
- Manage internal systems, including Handshake and Salesforce CRM.
- Maintain organization of internal team operations and processes using Teams and related tools.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can fulfill minimum education and experience requirements.
One (1) year of program coordination experience.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment- Office environment; no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.
Salary: $43,500–$50,000 per annum.
