Veterans shape the future of energy As a Management and Program Analyst (Contracting Officer's Representative), you will:

  • Acts as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to oversee contractor performance, ensuring strict compliance with the statement of work (SOW), performance work statements (PWS), and delivery schedules.
  • Evaluates contractor invoices and vouchers for reasonableness and accuracy against contractual rates, recommending approval or rejection for payments.
  • Partners with program managers to plan procurements, including developing Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), market research, and independent government cost estimates (IGCE).
  • Tracks project funding, monitors contractor burn rates and analyzes key contract dates to ensure sufficient lead time for necessary funding or contract modifications.
  • Evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of assigned programs and systems to provide senior leadership with data-driven recommendations for operational improvements.
  • Interprets and applies federal acquisition regulations (such as FAR 42.302), procurement policies, and administrative guidelines to ensure all program operations and contracts remain fully compliant.
