Tradeshow & Events Specialist

At Mammotome, part of Danaher’s portfolio, you will play an essential role in advancing breast cancer diagnostics. As a Tradeshow & Events Specialist, you will plan, execute, and manage national and regional trade shows, physician education events, roadshows, product user meetings, and product spotlight events.

• Drive the event planning process, delivering end‑to‑end integrated tradeshow and event experiences, including identifying goals and objectives, measuring metrics for return on investment, and handling budgets.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all national and regional trade shows, physician and product education events, roadshows, and user meetings, acting as both planner and project coordinator to ensure successful execution.
• Provide HCP documentation and Sunshine Act reporting.
• Create standard work, processes, and systems for all trade shows and events, working closely with Product Managers and the Sales team to ensure accurate content representation.
• Analyze event results and use findings to develop and implement continuous‑improvement recommendations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years experience in event planning, physician education, training, or related equivalent experience.

• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time for on‑site event coordination; travel needs vary by season (Spring 40%, Winter/Fall 25‑30%, Summer 10‑20%).
• Overnight domestic and international trips ranging from 1 to 7 days.

• Medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry event experience.
• Professional physician education coordination.

Annual salary range: $75,000 to $85,000, with potential bonus/incentive pay. Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) eligibility.
