Position Summary

The Senior Sourcing Specialist-Print leads daily print sourcing operations and executes strategies aligned with client initiatives. The role requires extensive print and fulfillment expertise, understanding of the commercial print landscape, and strong relationship-building skills with clients, suppliers, and teammates. Daily analysis of print specifications is essential to meet client goals and deliver value.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, lead, and execute strategic promotional sourcing strategies, including industry RFPs.

Collaborate with project managers and subject matter experts to advise on client initiatives.

Manage supplier relationships and performance to exceed sourcing goals and KPIs.

Streamline and implement sourcing and execution processes company wide.

Identify, qualify, and onboard new supplier partners within the promotional industry.

Conduct ongoing supplier, industry, and spend analysis to optimize costs and innovation.

Negotiate contracts and statements of work with suppliers.

Maintain excellent organization and communication across divisions.

Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges effectively.

Perform other duties as assigned.
