Facility Coordinator

Clean Harbors Facility Coordinator – Cincinnati, OH

We are searching for a Facility Coordinator to join our Cincinnati facility. The role involves coordinating several functions including receiving, shipping and general administration.

Shift: 1st 7am-3pm

Pay: $20

• Ensure health and safety is the number one goal by following policies and acting safely
• Print and create outbound manifests and hazardous waste labels for outbound loads
• Organize and file plant and truck to truck paperwork
• Data entry into internal programs
• Organize and maintain trailer inventories
  
  Filing, typing and general clerical duties
• Perform any administrative duties as required by supervisors

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be 18 years or older
• 1+ year of related experience
• Forklift experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to use a computer
• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
