• Report directly to the Product Manager of Business Intelligence and CRM.
• Maintain, clean, and manage OL’s CRM platform, facilitating data entry and import.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure the CRM supports sales and marketing strategies.
• Perform administrative work in Microsoft Dynamics
  365.
• Assist the marketing department with campaign automation through MS Click Dimensions.
• Filter, clean, and review data gathering processes to improve data integrity.
• Maintain all records, fields, forms, etc., within the CRM.
• Audit workflows and processes to ensure continuous functionality.
• Train or onboard new employees on how to use the CRM platform.
• Identify opportunities and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Experience administering Microsoft Dynamics
  365 or a similar CRM platform.
• Strong understanding of data management, data quality, and database structure.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets.
• Demonstrates urgency and attention to detail to manage the integrity of CRM data.
• Interest in growing skills in marketing analytics and CRM strategy.
• Ability to problem‑solve independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
