Corporate Strategy Project Manager

Overview

We connect great people to great opportunities. The role is a Program Manager driving the annual Strategic Planning process for the Corporate Strategy team at Fifth Third Bank, located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Position does not offer immigration sponsorship.

• Design project plans, assign work, set target dates and manage the lifetime of Strategic Planning activities.
• Own oversight of key activities to ensure timely execution with business partners across Finance, IT, Human Capital, Legal and Corporate Secretary.
• Track and report progress, risks and key metrics; communicate status to Corporate Strategy team and business stakeholders.
• Logistically support Executive and Board meetings, including scheduling, room and AV setup, and material preparation.
• Identify process improvements and manage execution risk to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support setting agendas, coordinating meetings, and guiding partners through the planning cycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; at least 3 years relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience managing moderate-size projects: planning, scheduling, tracking, budgeting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; able to influence cross-functional teams.
• Project‑management competency covering integration, scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communications, risk, and procurement.
• Resilience, diplomacy, relationship building, problem solving, and influence.
• Depth of knowledge in technical discipline required for project delivery.

Base salary range: $71,100 to $145,900 USD annually. Eligible for incentive compensation based on company, line of business or individual performance. Benefit programs support physical, financial, emotional and social well-being.
