Overview
- Assist with the review, amendment, and execution of various transmission agreements and contracts.
- Support compliance with open access transmission tariffs and federal regulations impacting transmission operations.
- Maintain accurate reports and data in systems to monitor and report on contracts.
- Collaborate with team members and management to communicate statuses, issues, and updates.
- Support strategic initiatives, including regulatory compliance and merger activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; or a minimum of five years' relevant work experience with a high school diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to build relationships internally and externally.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
