* Position Summary:

*
* Entry-level Engineer to support R&D within the Cleaning & Sterilization (C&S) group. This role blends engineering fundamentals with hands-on lab/process work, focused on developing and validating cleaning and sterilization processes for complex medical devices.

** Job Responsibilities/ Requirements:*
* + Support the development of cleaning and sterilization processes

+ Assist with testing, validation, and data collection

+ Contribute to technical documentation and reporting

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams

+ Participate in process development activities (soiling, cleaning, extraction)

** Required Qualifications*
* + A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering or a related science/engineering degree is required

+ 1-2 years of work or internship experience.

+ Comfortable working in lab/testing environments (standing for extended periods)

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Strong engineering principles and analysis skills to resolve technical challenges

+ Excellent collaboration and teaming skills

+ Able to partner with internal and external resources to help ensure completion of launch deliverables

+ Assist the process team as needed with soiling, cleaning, and extraction process development

+ An understanding of design control; design verification and validation

+ Ability to support the creation of required documentation, (test protocols, reports, etc...), create and speak to slides for presentations

+ Ability to work in a regulated environment is highly preferred.

+ Experience in med device is preferred

+ Able to stand for 4 or more hours at a time
