Our client, a leading organization in the retail industry, is seeking a Data & Analytics Analyst
- Shift 1 to join their team. As a Data & Analytics Analyst
- Shift 1, you will be part of the Sourcing
- Fresh Meat (Beef & Poultry) department supporting the Store Support Center team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem‑solving abilities, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data & Analytics Analyst
- Shift 1

Location: Cincinnati, OH

• Monitor stock levels and identify out‑of‑stock products to ensure optimal inventory management.
• Analyze supplier performance and follow KPIs to identify gaps and root causes of stock issues.
• Create focused report dashboards and perform root cause analysis to inform decision making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support analytics needs and strategic initiatives.
• Utilize Excel and other data tools to export, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple sources.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to new systems and tools.
