Life Skills Coach/Career Advisor
Primary Duties
At the IDD Education Center, our student associates support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with their academic, independent living, employment, and health and wellness goals.
Student workers directly support adults in the IMPACT program in meeting their individualized goals through activities such as internships, communication, recreation, and community outings.
Program hours Monday‑Friday: 8:30‑3:00 pm, with flexible shifts.
Minimum Requirements- High School Diploma or GED.
- Enrolled at a post‑secondary or secondary institution.
- Enrolled at least part‑time (one or more credit hours if at a post‑secondary institution), except for summer term, or will be a registered student during the next academic term.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
