Associate Customer Business Manager, PC – Kroger
Job PurposeThe primary purpose of the Associate Customer Business Manager (ACBM) is to drive profitable growth with Kroger in the Skin Cleansing and Deodorant category and to maintain strong business relationships with Kroger counterparts. The ACBM will generate data and insights to support the Senior CBM, PC, and lead category growth initiatives such as category reviews, new item presentations, scorecards, and assortment planning for brands including Dove, Dove Men + Care, Degree, and Axe.
MainResponsibilities
- Manage multiple categories and act as the category expert; develop and execute joint business plans.
- Lead strategic initiatives, continuously evaluate what works, and influence stakeholders to grow the business.
- Operate in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple projects across Skin Cleansing and Deodorant categories.
- Interface with internal Unilever teams (Channel & Category Development, Business Development, Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Category Management, Supply Chain, Direct Retail Team) and external Kroger stakeholders.
- Collect, analyze, and present actionable growth recommendations to both Kroger and Unilever teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1+ year related work experience; trade marketing and category management experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong relationship building and collaboration skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience mining insights and driving growth using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of POS reporting systems (Nielsen, IRI, 84.51) and sales planning systems.

Pay range: $70,000 to $90,000. The role is bonus eligible and LTI eligible.
