- Manage an assigned book of business while developing long‑term relationships with clients
- Respond to day‑to‑day client inquiries and required client analytics
- Interface with vendors and key clients to create deliverables and ensure quality standards
- Prepare renewals and RFPs, coordinate vendor responses
- Facilitate client meetings and manage workflows
- BA/BS preferred
- 2–5+ years of health & welfare experience
- Knowledge of benefits administration, Health Care Reform, industry trends, carrier products and services
- Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required
- GBA or CEBS Certification a plus
