The Kroger Summer Internship Program is a 15 week immersive experience that offers students an opportunity to grow their careers through a variety of focused internship assignments. Rotation dates: (August 17 - December
4).

RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to support business and operational initiatives.
- Research industry trends, new technologies, products, and best practices to support energy reduction project development and decision-making.
- Maintain project trackers, databases, and documentation to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Support cross‑functional projects by gathering information, tracking progress, and coordinating deliverables.
- Analyze data, identify key findings, and communicate recommendations to team members.
- Respond to requests for information, support materials, and project updates in a timely manner.
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned projects and tasks.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and overall team efficiency.
- Complete and present a cumulative presentation summarizing internship accomplishments and key learnings.
- Open to all majors, must be actively pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university with a preferred GPA of 3.0.

- Highly motivated student with the desire to take initiative on their own work.

- Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to preserve confidentiality of information.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to present information to various levels of the organization.
- Managing multiple priorities between school, work or extracurricular activities.
- Responds to change as a positive challenge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Significant level of multitasking.
- Ability to analyze and interpret information and apply to business needs.
- Commitment to providing customer service.
- Involvement in leadership and community activities.
- Background in data analysis.
- Coursework and/or practical experience.
