Our client, a leading organization in pharmaceutical distribution, is seeking a Suspicious Order Monitoring Analyst to join their team. As a Suspicious Order Monitoring Analyst, you will be part of the Compliance Department supporting the Controlled Substance Compliance Program (CSCP). The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay Range: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Shift: 1st
What's the Job?- Conduct suspicious order monitoring activities for distribution centers handling controlled substances.
- Utilize systems and resources to identify patterns, trends, and exceptions in pharmacy order and transaction data.
- Interface with internal teams to provide analysis and reporting on inventory and ordering activities.
- Support and document pharmacy order reviews and investigations.
- Collaborate with distribution centers to ensure proper disposition of suspicious orders and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy or pharmaceutical distribution experience.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and high level of confidentiality.
