Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Portfolio Operations Specialist Level 1 to join their team. As a Portfolio Operations Specialist Level 1, you will be part of the Portfolio Management Department supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Manage project time tracking to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Process purchase orders and invoices efficiently to support operational workflows
- Assist in managing operating and capital budgets to optimize resource allocation
- Oversee contract management and vendor performance to maintain high standards
- Support capacity and resource planning, including estimating for business cases
What's Needed?
- 2-5 years of overall experience in a related field
- Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Ability to participate in audits and support related activities
