Operations Administrator Direct Hire | $21-$23/hour Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | 100% On-Site
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Operations Administrator on behalf of our client. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects move efficiently from start to finish. The Operations Administrator will play a key role in coordinating projects, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting day-to-day operational activities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate projects and timelines between sales, design, installation teams, vendors, and customers.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for project updates, scheduling, and customer communication.
- Review orders for accuracy and maintain project information within the company ERP system.
- Schedule installations and coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, customers, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Manage vendor relationships and assist with sourcing and scheduling subcontractors.
- Process purchase orders, vendor invoices, and operational documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to overall department goals.
- Partner with leadership, sales, and installation teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
- High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience with confidence handling inbound and outbound phone communication.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent follow-up skills and ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.
- Professional demeanor with strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with Net Suite is strongly preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Customer-focused and comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
