Senior Sourcing Specialist
- Contract Details:
- Contract position
- $ 39.13 / hour
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Support sourcing leaders with RFP creation, quote analysis, supplier evaluations, and cost change validation.
- Analyze supplier, cost, and performance data to identify trends, savings opportunities, risks, and business improvement initiatives.
- Build cost models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support sourcing strategies and decision-making.
- Develop reports, presentations, and recommendations that translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to support supplier performance management, negotiations, and strategic sourcing initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a specific degree.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze data, build models, and generate actionable business insights; experience with Word and PowerPoint required.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage supplier relationships.
- Prior experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, cost analysis, financial analysis, or performance analytics is preferred but not required.
