Ordering & Service Coordinator

Job Overview

The Ordering & Service Coordinator is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and processing product orders for window, door, and bath projects while ensuring a smooth customer experience from order through completion. This role works closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure orders are accurate, service needs are resolved, and outstanding balances are addressed.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Review sales packets for completeness and accuracy
• Compare contracts, job photos, and field measurements to ensure order accuracy
• Verify product specifications, sizing, and materials before placing orders
• Submit purchase orders to vendors in a timely manner
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and field staff regarding orders and service needs
• Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensure issues have been resolved
• Assist with collections and customer payments as needed
• Track order status and maintain organized job files
• Ensure orders comply with company and manufacturer standards
• Provide general administrative support to the operations team

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret measurements and job specifications
• Comfortable communicating with customers, vendors, and field staff
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

• Experience in the construction, remodeling, window, door, or bath industries
• Experience in customer service, collections, or account follow-up
• Familiarity with product ordering and purchase order processes

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
