We are seeking a strategic executive to lead a portfolio of enterprise clients, driving digital and technology transformation, business modernization, and AI-enabled innovation across complex organizations. This role is accountable for end-to-end client success, portfolio growth, and operational excellence, partnering closely with C-suite clients and Bounteous leaders. This role will play a critical part in expanding Bounteous' Consumer Business Unit, consulting capabilities, shaping industry strategy, and growing strategic client partnerships.

The Consumer Business Unit services Bounteous clients across four sectors:
Retail, Consumer Goods & Services, Travel & Hospitality, and Restaurant.

We are seeking candidates based in or near Cincinnati, Ohio. This role involves close, ongoing collaboration with clients in the area, so proximity to Atlanta and the ability to work on-site regularly are essential.

• Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
• Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
• Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

• Own and grow a $15-20MM portfolio of client accounts, accountable for revenue growth, executive relationships, delivery success, and overall client satisfaction
• Partner closely with Business Development to drive account expansion and new opportunities by aligning client needs with Bounteous' digital transformation and AI services capabilities and portfolio strategy
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders and procurement stakeholders, leveraging industry expertise, AI-enabled solutions, and global engineering capabilities to unlock enterprise value
• Lead multi-year account strategies and executive business reviews to ensure alignment across client priorities, Bounteous business units, and delivery leadership
• Oversee the commercial and operational performance of the portfolio, including pipeline management, forecasting, financial performance, margin protection, risk mitigation, and compliance
• Lead cross-functional teams across consulting, engineering, delivery, and product leadership to execute complex enterprise transformation programs
• Ensure delivery of scalable, client-centric digital transformation initiatives with accountability for solution estimates, SOW development, resource planning, and commercial governance
• Build and mentor high-performing teams while serving as a visible ambassador for the Consumer business unit with clients, partners, and industry forums

• 10+ years of consulting or account leadership experience at digital services firms and/or leading digital or technology organizations inside retail or consumer goods companies
• 10+ years leading technology-enabled business transformation initiatives, including digital modernization and enterprise program delivery
• Deep expertise in retail and/or consumer goods industries with strong connections at leading companies in at least one of the sectors
• Experience delivering AI-enabled and digital transformation initiatives leveraging modern data platforms, cloud technologies, and global engineering teams
• Proven success managing large client portfolios and driving revenue growth within digital transformation, engineering services, or professional services environments
• Outstanding executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and lead strategic transformation discussions
• Strong leadership experience guiding cross-functional consulting, engineering, and delivery teams in complex enterprise environments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent consulting experience
