Director of Growth

The Director of Growth - Healthcare & Medical Services at the University of Cincinnati leads strategic initiatives to expand programs, partnerships, and revenue within the Business Development & Strategic Planning department. This role designs and executes data-driven growth strategies across healthcare offerings, collaborates with academic, clinical, and research leaders, and identifies new market opportunities. The Director will build KPIs and dashboards, oversee go-to-market plans, and guide cross-functional teams while aligning growth efforts with UC's inclusive, collaborative, and innovative culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy for healthcare and medical services programs within Business Development & Strategic Planning
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new market opportunities and partnerships in the healthcare ecosystem
• Develop and execute data-driven enrollment, service-line, and revenue growth initiatives
• Collaborate with clinical, academic, and research leaders to design scalable growth plans
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and patient/student demand to inform decisions
• Build and manage growth pipelines, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for senior leadership
• Oversee go-to-market plans for new programs, services, and strategic initiatives
• Partner with finance to model scenarios, forecasts, and ROI for growth investments
• Mentor cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement
• Ensure alignment with UC's mission, compliance standards, and inclusive culture values
