Position summary:

The Senior Director, Procurement leads Ingenovis Health’s enterprise corporate procurement function, driving continuous optimization, process efficiency, and improved return on investment (ROI) across operational and shared services spend. This role is accountable for designing, implementing, scaling, and improving procurement processes that enable operational efficiency, financial discipline, and consistent governance in a growing healthcare staffing organization. The position serves as a senior change leader, continually evaluating and improving how Ingenovis Health sources, contracts for, and utilizes external spend including simplifying workflows, leveraging data and technology, and embedding best‑in‑class sourcing and vendor management practices across all functions.

Functions & Responsibilities
  • 1) Procurement Leadership & Capability Enablement Provide functional leadership for enterprise procurement practices Influence stakeholders through expertise, data, and structured decision frameworks Promote consistent adoption continuous improvement principles across the organization
  • 2) Procurement Strategy, Optimization & Governance Design and execute an enterprise procurement strategy that emphasizes process efficiency, disciplined spending, and measurable return on investment (ROI) on spend Establish and implement procurement governance, policies, and approval frameworks that reduce friction while ensuring transparency and control Lead ongoing assessment and redesign of procurement processes to minimize or eliminate cycle times, manual effort, errors and redundancies Champion a continuous improvement mindset across procurement activities and stakeholder teams
  • 3) Corporate Sourcing & Vendor Management Lead sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management across enterprise spend categories, including but not limited to:
    Enterprise technology (IT infrastructure, SaaS, cybersecurity, telecom) Professional services (legal, audit, payroll consulting, benefits brokerage) Corporate services (facilities, real estate, travel, marketing, insurance) Operations (credentialling, background checks, and drug screening services) Finance, HR, and compliance-related vendors Standardize vendor sourcing and onboarding processes to improve consistency and speed Rationalize the vendor portfolio to reduce fragmentation, improve operating leverage, and optimize both the total cost of ownership and the return on investment (ROI) on spend Implement vendor performance management programs (KPIs, SLAs, scorecards, QBRs) focused on cost, service quality, efficiency, and return on investment (ROI)
  • 4) Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency Identify opportunities and implement solutions to streamline procurement workflows through standardization, automation, and technology enablement Lead projects to enhance procurement systems, spend analytics, and contract lifecycle management tools in partnership with IT, Finance and other business and functional leaders as needed Reduce administrative burden on partner teams by improving intake, sourcing, contracting, and vendor management processes Develop clear documentation, playbooks, and training materials to ensure scalable and repeatable procurement practices
  • 5) Financial Impact & Cost Containment Proactively drive improved return on investment (ROI) on spend, which may include sustained cost savings, cost avoidance, and efficiency gains across spend categories Lead enterprise-wide spend analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and supplier cost benchmarking in partnership with Finance and other departments, as needed Establish clear metrics for procurement, including return on investment (ROI), savings realization, efficiency improvements, and spend under management, and drive measurable improvement over time Ensure procurement decisions appropriately balance cost discipline, risk, and business enablement
  • 6) Cross‑Functional Partnership Serve as a strategic partner to functional leaders in IT, HR, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Facilities, Operations and others on matters related to sourcing services and systems Partner with other functional…
