Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Business Support Department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Collaborate with business teams to gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements for platform implementation. Coordinate with architecture, telephony, and external application teams to define integration requirements. Facilitate requirement discovery sessions to identify new capabilities and assess business value. Ensure requirements align with enterprise architecture principles and existing platforms. Work with development and testing teams to validate functionality across various phases.

Experience working with contact center platforms and integration requirements. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to facilitate discovery sessions and prioritize enhancements. Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and platform integration. Experience in coordinating with development and testing teams for validation processes.
