Our client, a leading organization in the insurance and contact center industry, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be part of the Business Analysis supporting the Life Insurance Contact Center team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Contact Center Business Analyst(with Life Insurance background)
Location: Cincinnati, OH
What's the Job?- Gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements for the NICE CXOne platform implementation within the Life Insurance domain.
- Collaborate with Life Insurance Business teams, including Individual and Group segments, to ensure clear understanding and formal approval of project requirements.
- Coordinate with business architecture, telephony, external application teams, and platform integration to identify and define technical requirements such as AINext and Service Desktop Salesforce.
- Facilitate requirement discovery sessions to identify new capabilities, assess business value, and prioritize enhancements for the contact center platform.
- Work closely with architecture and development teams to ensure requirements align with enterprise standards and support successful implementation and testing phases.
- Experience working within the Life Insurance domain, particularly with Contact Center platforms.
- Knowledge of NICE CXOne platform and integration requirements, including AINext and Service Desktop Salesforce.
- Strong facilitation skills to lead requirement discovery sessions and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, development, and testing.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills to ensure clarity and formal sign-off of requirements.
