The Coordinator Special Projects in Program Management & Coordination at the University of Cincinnati supports cross-functional academic and research initiatives. Reporting to departmental leadership, this role plans and tracks special projects, aligns timelines and resources, and coordinates communication among faculty, staff, and external partners. Responsibilities include maintaining project schedules, monitoring budgets, preparing reports, and supporting research-related activities and events. The Coordinator advances UC's collaborative, innovative culture by improving processes and documentation while ensuring projects are delivered on time and in alignment with institutional goals.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate special projects within the Program Management & Coordination department, supporting academic and research initiatives.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and tracking tools to ensure on-time delivery of milestones.
  • Facilitate communication among faculty, staff, and external partners across the University of Cincinnati.
  • Monitor budgets, prepare status reports, and support data collection for assessments and grant reporting.
  • Assist with process improvements, documentation, and standard operating procedures for program activities.
  • Support integration of research-related initiatives, including logistics for studies, events, and publications.
