• 1-2 years in promotional planning/Marketing/Analytics required
• Proven track record of successfully prioritizing and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in consumer-packaged goods and/or retail industry is a plus
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: PROMOTIONAL / MANAGEMENT / SALES SUPPORT• Develop and implement promotional plans for assigned category/brands
• Develop a thorough understanding of promotional tactics and tools
• Analyze business performance data and drivers and keep team informed of trends and opportunities that impact ability to meet annual goals
• Develop a thorough understanding of category and product performance
• Manage sales forecasting, and inventory analysis
CORE COMPETENCIES/SKILLS• Proficiency with 84.51, Demand Tec, and Kroger Ad Platform a plus
• Proven analytical skills with ability to convert data into solid strategic recommendations
• Effective at translating strategy into actionable plans
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint program skills
• Provide accurate, well-organized data in a timely manner
• Accurately execute pre and post promotional analysis and other promotional administration
ADDITIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED• Resourceful problem solver with ability to learn quickly
• Self-starter who will be proactive in determining what needs to be done vs waiting for direction to take action
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Strong work ethic with high energy level, motivation and enthusiasm
• Superior executional skills with strong attention to detail and time management
• Highly adaptable to change
EDUCATION:• Four-year undergraduate degree, Bachelors in Marketing or Business preferred
