Safety Coordinator

Are you a military leader or safety professional looking to transition your experience into a civilian career where you can have an immediate impact?

We are seeking a Safety Coordinator to support safety initiatives, training, compliance, and day-to-day operations within a fast-paced transportation and distribution environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a military veteran, transitioning service member, or civilian safety professional who has experience enforcing standards, conducting training, identifying hazards, and building a strong safety culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Support and enforce company safety policies and procedures
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and training
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions
• Assist with incident investigations and documentation
• Maintain safety records and compliance documentation
• Work directly with employees and leadership to improve safety performance
• Help reinforce a proactive, accountable safety culture
• Support transportation/fleet safety initiatives as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong safety, operations, transportation, logistics, or military leadership background
• Experience conducting training, inspections, audits, or enforcing safety standards
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
• Comfortable working in both office and operational environments
• Ability to obtain a CDL within six months of hire
