Sales Quality Associate

About the role:

This position supports TQL’s operations by completing, reporting on and improving TQL’s professionalism, accounting and load management audits. This position reviews employee communications and system interactions to ensure they comply with all applicable TQL policies and procedures. What you’ll be doing :

Reviewing and completing TQL compliance and professionalism audits

Documenting audit findings in TQL’s proprietary compliance tracking system

Creating employee/manager presentations on audit/compliance findings, including required actions for improvement, relevant employee history and the severity/impact of the event

What you need:

At least 1 year of auditing experience preferred

At least 1 year of previous experience in sales/fast-paced work environment preferred

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel required

Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to maintain confidential information

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently under minimal supervision

Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks at one time, effectively manage time constraints, set priorities and meet deadlines
