The Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining environmental, safety, healthand other related programs to ensure compliance withall applicableregulationsincluding company-specific requirements to support our manufacturing environment. This role focuses on minimizing risks, promoting a strong safety culture, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

• Works directly with the Baerlocher staff to ensure that the regulatory support programs are aligned with thecompanygoals and objectives.
• Reports outto Baerlocher Staff on all issues and performance with respect to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensures adherence to OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA, and other applicable regulations.
• Prepares requiredreportinge.g.SARA, RCRA, stormwater, emissions, permit renewal applications for the appropriate Baerlocher Certification.
• Interfaces with regulatory agencies proactively and on an as needed basis.
• Monitors current and pending regulations, providing timely interpretation and summaries to the management team and applicable operations facility.
• Supports facility in the timely reporting of EH&S matters to internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies.

• Develops and supports the implementation of company EH&S standards to ensure facility compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses for chemical processes.
• Coaches and mentors’ operations management teams andsiteon EH&S matters, encouraging continuous improvement.

• Leads and supports company wide EH&S initiatives, working collaboratively with operations management teams and other company departments.
• Identifies best practices and strategically integrates them into facility EH&S plans.
• Reports Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to staff, integrating leading and lagging indicators to assess performance and inform decision-making.

• Supports and encourages timely incident investigations, leading the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process when needed and ensuring that all identified corrective measures are implemented.
• Maintains records of incidents and coordinates with regulatory agencies as needed.
• Responds and provides real time assistance in emergency situations.

• Design and deliver all Company and Regulatory required training programs.
• Manages all regulatory training records to ensure all personnel are properly and timely trained and reports outto Staff and Department Managers on a regular basis on Training KPIs.
• Promotes a proactive safety culture through regular communication and engagement.

• Performs Program audits and safety inspections of facilities and processes.
• Recommends corrective or preventive measures to Management and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented.
• Ensures proper storage, handling, and disposition of all chemicals and materials for the site.

• Analyzes EH&S metrics, communicating and implementing action plans to address trends.
