Lead Teacher- room

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to lead our growing 3-year-old classroom. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive develop men t . You will design age appropriate daily activities tailored to the unique curiosity of three-year-olds, helping them learn through play and structured activities. As a leader in the classroom, you will also build strong relationships with families to support each child's individual growth and developmental milestones.

Design and implement a age-appropriate, play-based curriculum

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that meets all state licensing regulations.
• Assess and document child progress, sharing developmental milestones regularly with parents and guardians.
• Manage classroom behavior using positive guidance techniques and emotional support.
• Assist with meals and bathroom times, some children may be toilet trained, others may require assistance

• High school diploma
• certifications in CPR, First Aid, Communicable Diseases, and Child Abuse Prevention (once hired, you will be instructed on how to complete these).
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and fingerprinting process required by the state of Ohio.

• Experience in a child a childcare setting or experience with supervising multiple children
