Construction Project Manager
Our team is partnered with a well-established general contractor in search of a talented Construction Project Manager to become part of their expanding team in Cincinnati. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a leading developer/builder dedicated to making a positive impact in our communities through their various construction divisions.
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contract documents, quality standards, and local regulations. The Project Manager works closely with owners, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure project compliance
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues related to scope, schedule, and cost
- Ensure jobsite safety and compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Communicate regularly with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams
- Process change orders, pay applications, and project documentation
- Track project costs and maintain accurate project records
- Lead project meetings and support successful project closeout
