Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising a large-scale, new construction roofing project.
Responsibilities Include:
* Direct involvement to ensure the project schedule is adhered to
* Supervise multiple roofing crews at job sites / facilities
* Understand blueprints, job specifications, and building plan details
* Communicate with all general contractors and trades to ensure proficient workflow
* Responsible for setting up and maintaining safety on job sites / facilities
* Plan and execute a successful project
* Must be willing to travel
* Ability to work overtime as needed
Candidate
Qualifications:
* A valid state driver's license (in good standing) is required
* Experience in Construction/Roofing Supervision
* Experience in commercial roofing a plus
* Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Leadership, management and project management skills
* Organizational and time management skills
* Computer and Microsoft Office Skills
* Capability of reading blueprints and understanding them is a plus
