Sr. Construction Project Manager

Job Description

Small firm of 30+ employees producing $65M of project revenue yearly. This person will mainly focus on commercial retail projects.

Responsibilities

+ Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate policy guidelines.

+ Initiate and maintain liaison with prime clients and C/E contracts to facilitate construction activities.

+ Monitor and control the construction administrative direction of on-site Superintendents to ensure projects are built on schedule and within budget.

+ Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.

+ Represent the company in project meetings and assist in labor negotiations and strategy meetings.

+ Manage financial aspects of contracts, including fee payment, rental equipment, income, and expenses, to protect the company's interests while maintaining good relationships with clients.

+ Supervise the work of Project Managers 1 & 2 when assigned.

Essential Skills

+ Extensive experience in commercial construction.

+ 7+ years of experience in construction, design, finance, and management.

+ A 4-year degree in engineering or construction management is preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Cincinnati, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

Full Medical, Dental, and vision insurance. Ability to contribute to 401k.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Cincinnati,OH.
