The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of complex commercial construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout. This role carries total accountability for project quality, financial performance, safety compliance, subcontractor coordination, and client engagement.

You will serve as the central leader ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship. If you thrive in high‑visibility, high‑responsibility roles and have strong Tilt Wall construction experience, this is an opportunity to lead meaningful, large‑scale developments.

What You’ll DoProject & Financial Leadership
  • Own full lifecycle project execution from conception to closeout
  • Manage contracts, change orders, pay applications, invoice review, and budget controls
  • Oversee financial schedules and cost management to ensure profitability and performance
Scheduling & Field Coordination
  • Partner closely with the Superintendent to create, update, and distribute project schedules
  • Coordinate and oversee all subcontractors and vendor activities
  • Ensure all project logistics, constructability reviews, and value engineering efforts are executed effectively
Safety & Quality Control
  • Maintain total accountability for project quality control
  • Ensure strict adherence to job‑site safety plans and protocols
  • Work closely with field leadership to maintain a culture of safety and operational excellence
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as primary point of contact for owners and executive‑level stakeholders
  • Provide regular status updates and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead closeout efforts including punch list management and O&M documentation packages
Documentation & Controls
  • Oversee document control including submittals, shop drawings, project logs, and current plan sets
  • Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with internal and external standards
You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have:
  • 5–10+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor
  • Direct Tilt Wall construction experience (required)
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction and real estate development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and executive‑level client relationships
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and time management capabilities
