Overview
We are currently seeking a Project Superintendent for our Great Lakes Water Division.
Responsibilities- Overall management of field operations
- Create and manage project schedule
- Coordinate subcontracts, drawings, and specifications
- Establish budgets and control cost
- Identify causes of cost variances and eliminate negative variances
- Identify project risk and work to mitigate it
- Communicate quality standards to each subcontractor and vendor
- Conduct systematic quality control inspections
- Follow company safety program, laws, and OSHA operating standards
- Manage jobsite cleanliness
- Prepare daily time cards for personnel under supervision
- Prepare daily logs
- High school diploma
- 6+ years of experience
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Specific roles may require relocation
