FIELD PROJECT MANAGER (SUPERINTENDENT)

ENTACT is actively seeking an experienced Field Project Manager (Superintendent) in the environmental remediation and geotechnical construction industry. Candidates must be open to sustained project-based travel within the US, at least 80% of the time. Project locations will vary depending on the assignment. Candidates can reside anywhere within the US. ENTACT offers per diem/living allowance and paid monthly trips home.
Position Summary:
The position of Field Project Manager will assume the pivotal role of overseeing all on-site project operations, meticulously ensuring thatprojects are executed with the utmost focus and adherence to safety, schedule, budget, and site plans. This individual will exhibit a high level of attention to detail, adept time management skills, and a "lead from the front" attitude. The Associate will coordinate a diverse team of craft employees including equipment operators, laborers, subcontractors, and mechanics.
Associate must be open to periods of sustained project-based travel. HAZWOPER training is highly preferred but not required. Must have a valid Driver's license with no driving restrictions which interfere with job requirements.
Essential Job Function:
- Ensuring all personnel comply with ENTACT safety standards and programs.
- Ensuring implementation and quality of project plans.
- Maintaining effective schedule and cost control methods.
- Detailed planning and coordination of work two weeks in advance.
- Leading on-site meetings with project staff, subcontractors, and clients.
- Maintaining accurate daily field reports, schedule updates and email correspondence.
- Maintaining a high level of communication with craft employees, clients and ENTACT management.
- Responding to site changes and challenges in an affective timely manner.
- Cultivating and maintaining a strong relationship with the client and project oversite.
Must have experience managing multiple aspects of large-scale environmental projects and services. Exposure to and familiarity with any of the following areas of technical knowledge is highly desirable but not all are required:

Required:
