Superintendent – Commercial Construction

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects. The role drives schedule, manages subcontractors, ensures safety compliance, and delivers high-quality work on time and within budget.

Salary: $115,000 – $140,000 per year.

• Supervise day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects.
• Drive schedule and manage project sequencing.
• Coordinate subcontractors and field teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
• Deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
• Maintain clear communication between field and office.

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proven ability to manage ground-up and/or renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing.
• Experience leading subcontractor coordination and field teams.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with construction management software and scheduling tools.
• OSHA knowledge and commitment to job-site safety.
