Project Engineer – Construction

We’re partnering with a growing Cincinnati design-build firm taking on complex, highly coordinated projects nationwide. If you want to understand how a job really runs instead of just updating logs, this is where you need to be. You will be plugged directly into the project team from day one—not just supporting, but learning the ropes with a clear path to Project Management.

• 4 weeks PTO starting Day 1.

• Full lifecycle exposure, from initial bid through closeout.

• Drive the Details:
  Manage RFIs, submittals, and document flow without letting anything slip.
• Support the Build:
  Assist with bidding, takeoffs, procurement, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate:
  Work directly with internal field teams and specialized subcontractors.
• Keep it on Track:
  Utilize construction software to keep complex jobs organized and moving.

• Experience:
  
  1–3+ years in construction, engineering, or project coordination.
• Drive: A genuine desire to learn the full project lifecycle and step up into leadership.
• Organization:
  The ability to juggle multiple moving pieces without dropping the ball.
• Software:
  Procore, Primavera P6, or similar software experience is a strong plus.
