Description

Teasdale Fenton, a leader in the Property Reconstruction/Restoration industry, is looking to expand our team in the Cincinnati, Tri-State area. We are looking to hire experienced Project Managers to lead restoration and construction projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who can manage people, budgets, schedules, and customer expectations while delivering profitable, high‑quality projects.

Leadership Scope
  • Direct carpenters, laborers, subcontractors, and temporary labor
  • Collaborate with Estimators, Support Staff, and the Director of Estimating & Reconstruction
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3–5 years project management experience in construction or restoration
  • Strong understanding of building construction and job costing
  • Proven ability to supervise crews and manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Xactimate, Matterport, or Docu Sketch a plus
Requirements
  • Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from estimate to completion
  • Respond to losses and oversee emergency water and mold mitigation work
  • Prepare accurate estimates and coordinate subcontractor pricing
  • Manage project budgets, job costing, and profitability
  • Schedule labor, subcontractors, and service vehicles
  • Order materials and coordinate deliveries to job sites
  • Maintain production paperwork and project files
  • Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Conduct property inspections and prepare reports
